The Topcats will close out the Uncle Sam Jam in Lafreneire Park on July 3rd after the fireworks show from 9:15 to 10:15. It has been years since the band played the Uncle Sam Jam! Way back when it started, The Topcat played for the very first few Uncle Sam Jams. In fact, it was Rob who actually coined the phrase “Uncle Sam Jam”.
