This 3-day Halloween Festival is primarily for children under 13 years old to costume and participate in festive activities such as trick or treating at 10 “houses” on Treat Street, Boo House (their version of a not too scary haunted house) , face-painting, games, balloon sculptures, a story telling tent, an entertainment stage, and costume contests.
