Kids in the Kitchen Series

This bi-monthly, hour and a half long cooking program provides hands-on training for children 7-11 years old. They’re taught everything from making pies to sushi from scratch, using a range of skills from basic chopping techniques to making a roux to baking. Upcoming themes: February 2 – Soft Pretzels and Cheesy Sauce; February 16 – Southern Cupcakes; March 16 – Sushi & Crab Rangoon.
