4th Fest in Crescent Park in the French Market District begins at 4:30 p.m., with free live music by The World War II Museum’s Victory Belles at 5:30 p.m., followed by Bag of Donuts at 7:00 p.m., leading up to the 9:00 p.m. Dueling Barges Fireworks Show.
