The Southeast Louisiana National Wildlife Refuges and the Friends of Louisiana Refuges Inc. are hosting a Virtual Youth Fishing Rodeo during Louisiana free fishing weekend June 13-14, and the rules are simple! 1. Youth, 15 years old or younger can fish at any Louisiana water between 7:30 a.m. June 13 and 8 p.m. on June 14.
