There’s No Place Like Home, held at The Cannery, is the New Orleans Women & Children’s Shelter’s largest fundraising event to raise money to house homeless families and provide them with compassionate, community-based support to help them become self-sufficient and independent. The event generates critical funding for the sheltering, workforce development, financial literacy, children’s and short- and long-term case management programs we provide to help families.
